Refunds, Returns & Replacements:

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and our commitment to reducing waste and supporting a more sustainable fashion industry, New Embroidery does not accept returns or exchanges.

By operating without exchanges, we encourage thoughtful purchasing and help minimize excess production and textile waste. This approach allows us to focus on creating intentional and exclusive embroidered pieces with minimal environmental impact.


Refunds & Replacements

While all sales are final, we will offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • There is a production error on our end

  • The item you received is not what you ordered or not as described

If something isn’t what you were expecting, please reach out — we want you to be happy and will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and original packaging
